Terms of Service

By using the Swell Stays website or booking one of our properties, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking & Payments

• Deposit: 50% of the total stay is due at the time of booking.
• Final Payment: Remaining 50% is due at check-in.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Venmo, Cash, Credit Card (subject to a 3% processing fee)
• All guests must be 21+ to book unless stated otherwise

2. Check-In/Out & Guest Conduct

• Check-in and check-out times are listed in your confirmation
• Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition
• Noise complaints or violations may result in eviction without refund

3. Damage & Liability

• Guests are financially responsible for any damages during their stay
• Swell Stays is not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items

4. Changes & Cancellations

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. maintenance issues)
• Refunds are issued per the cancellation policy associated with each listing

5. Intellectual Property

• All photos, copy, and design on swellstays.com are owned by Swell Stays and may not be reused without permission

6. Updates to Terms

We may change these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or service means you accept those changes.
